In typical CS tradition, this 30 foot sloop has room and ammenities to comfortably spend your summmers 'cruising'...with a few races thrown in for fun. And with all of the upgrades, this boat would make a comfortable home away from home.
The galley is equipped with a microwave, usable at anchor, and refridgeration. The salon was re-upolstered in 2006, and the windows received curtains to match for privacy. The dinette table folds up when not in use, yet open will seat 10 for dinner. The quarterberth has been curtained off for privacy, with the foam replaced in 2006. A solar vent was added in the head, and a new electric toilet was installed in 2008. In 2007, the hot water tank and water pump were replaced. The cockpit enclosure includes screens and Lexan windows in the dodger.
The headsail was new in 2007, the underwater portion of the hull was epoxied in 2004, the engine was overhauled in 2004, and the cutlass bearing and stuffing box were replaced in 2007.
