There is no question that the CS36T is highly regarded by Canadian sailors. From the very beginning of her production run she was beautifully and tastefully built. She is a luxurious blending of form and function with a well executed striking interior that offers understated warmth and elegance. Wherever you look there are details not normally seen on production boats of her era such as cedar lined hanging lockers and an electric sump pump to drain her refrigerated icebox. It also helps that she is a handsome design and sails extremely well. This particular boat has the highly desireable shoal draft keel which we believe is the best choice for this boat. "Green Flash" has enjoyed good ownership and has been impeccably maintained. She has a full enclosure for her cockpit and even comes with a dinghy and outboard.
