An excellent heavy duty blue water cruiser this is a real blue water boat, with a full keel, strong and still with a good speed. Custom built in 1978, this steel hulled sloop was gutted and refinished in 2003, waiting for a new captain and crew to add their personal finishing touches.

The work left to do includes:

• A mast step, it is a keel-stepped mast. The flooring was left open on that area, and the wiring is ready to be connected to the mast.
• The stays are on the mast (boom is in the owner’s garage) but there're no turnbuckles.
• There's no running rigging for sails.
• Stanchions and lifelines need to be mounted.
• She needs two primary jib winches.
• She doesn't need anymore wiring, as far as the owner is aware.
• The lights haven't been installed in the cabins, but the wiring is ready and very obvious, so it's just a matter of hooking up the three lights.
• The wiring and electrical box are ready for a second battery, but the owner doesn't have a second battery.
• There's no stove or fridge or water tank, but the galley is ready for those installations.
• The stern and bow lights are fine, but the owner doesn't have a light for the top of the mast.
